We were travelling with our adult daughter, so booked a suite. The sitting room, which has a sofa bed, can become a second bedroom. Unfortunately, there are no air conditioning vents in that room. It was 36° C the first day so my daughter was very uncomfortable. I must say that the service of the hotel is exemplary. We’d arrived late and when we called reception, immediately a technician Was sent to check the air conditioning. When we said that we needed a fan, he provided us with a fan right away – with a smile. Although it didn’t really make the room cool enough for a comfortable sleep, we really appreciated the promptness and wonderful service.

We booked there because the location was very good. There was lots of parking, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The attached restaurant, Denny's provided good value, with some seniors discounts.

Location good and staff were very accommodating. We arrived two days late due to flight problems and my message did not reach the hotel so we were charged one night (fair) but remainder cancelled. However the manager worked to get us the same rate for the remaining days, Maintenance was also quite helpful as I'd asked if I could plug in my car.

The location for us was perfect. Being able to check in early afternoon was really nice. The room was quiet and clean. The front desk staff as well as the housekeeping and other staff we met in the hallways greeted us with a friendly hello and smiles.

We ended up arriving much later than we had anticipated. We were greeted by the most wonderful staff member who gave our dog a little goodie bag and offered a dog bed as well. After driving through a rough snowstorm it was so appreciated to be welcomed and shown such great hospitality.

The hotel was great and the lady who was at the front desk upon our arrival and worked until 11 was amazing and super friendly. The only problem was the room smelt wet like the carpets were just clean they were dry but had a slight strange smell. Other than that it was clean and would stay again. A lot of food establishments within walking distance.

Our room was amazing we got an upgrade to a King Suite with Jacuzzi :) We slept like a dream the bed was so comfy I would definitely stay here again.

We were there for a event at the arena which was 5 minutes away We only needed minimal food - everything was in walking distance Great hotel, very friendly staff and helpful

Clean, good staff, location. Easy access to highway. Good sized room. Beds comfortable.
